<VV> space saver spare?

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what year/model GM space saver spare might best
be used on the LM?  I'd rather put a small spare on the floor of the trunk than in the
back...and I dont' want a full size spare up front eating up the whole trunk.

So 5 by 4 3/4 from what car works best?  I'm running 14 inch wheels/tires but would just
want something to limp home on.
