i must have been sleeping on this one....the seal goes on from the inside(requireing removal of the bellhousing for sure!!) a side note: i have been seeing cracked housings lately. i put one on last week that looked real good untill i painted it..a long crack from top center to the starter area edge showed up when paint was drying must have been abused somehow. regards tim colson (doing another one right now)
