Like they used to (still do?) in Germany-mount a spotlight ostensibly for
backing up.  You have high beams in their mirror?  You get one high beam in
your face.  I think they made it illegal.?  Thomas?  Did they or do they
still do it, over there?.

Only if you want to install an HID system on the ass end of your car!  You
are looking in the wrong section of the site. Hign Intensity Discharge is a
*headlight* system. It would be sweet to "alert" tailgaters with it,
though...
