<VV> 2 questions on LM 110 engine (stuck engine???)

Bob asks:

  1. Which way(direction) does the engine harmonic pulley turn ?
  2. what size socket fits this pulley (to turn engine,in regards to

It turns CCW when viewed from the rear. To check, look at the timing 
marks on the rear housing. The mark on the pulley will pass the 16 
degree BTDC mark before it passes the 0 degree BTDC mark  when running 
in the correct direction.

The crank bolt is a 3/4" head.
