See if its carb related or fuel related, flip the carbs.   If not the
problem follows the carb, its carb related.

In case it is fuel related, try adding a fuel filter.  I have taken to
using the clear kind mounted where the fuel line enters the engine bay
(over the wheel.  I can visually see if its clogged.

Maybe you have junk in the line leading from the pump to the carb.  Try
replacing (or making a new one).

Just shots in the dark.
