since VIR re-opened.  Donna Mae will be there with a friend, Mary Lou...?
who used to dirt track race!  Denise is the Grand Marshal or equivalent as I
understand it.  Y'all come!

Just read an article in my local paper (The News & Record) here in South 
Boston, VA, announcing the upcoming (June 11-13) Gold Cup Historic races at 
the VIR road race course near here.  Mentioned Donna Mae Mims and the Yenko 
Stinger Corvair.  The focus will be lady racers, with Denise McCluggage and 
Donna Mae among those in attendance.
The Gold Cup races are always lots of fun to watch, and VIR paddock is open 
for wandering among all the great old iron.  Definitely worth the trip if 
you are anywhere nearby.
