You forgot to mention:
Roaming mileage, which is more expensive than Home Mileage,
Dead Mileage, in which your car may suddenly stop moving for no apparent 
reason,
Directory Assistance Mileage, in which asking for directions makes driving 
more expensive,
and Finally,
Over the Limit Mileage -- Extra points and fees assessed.
