This, too, requires some expansion and correction. (must be my day)

For 1960-61 the front tire toe-in spec was 3/16 inch PER WHEEL.

For 1962-64 this was changed to 1/4-3/8 Inches TOTAL!!!
or 1/8-3/16 inches PER WHEEL

So there was actually no to very little change in specs 1960 to 1964.
