Hey Harry!

Are you reading this.  On the CORSA web page, there is no "CORSA 
Publications Order Form" in the PDF files - at least I could not find it. 
Maybe you can help this guy out (and others in the future) by making that 
available, too.

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
