<VV> Brakes grab on first stop of the day

It sounds like you've got either brake fluid or wheel bearing grease getting
on you brake.  just the smallest amount can cause a massive grab.  Take a
real close look to make sure all the juices are staying where they belong.
Lightly sanding the shoes with a mild grit sand paper does wonders for
getting rid of any residual once you find the source of the contamination.
Don't ask how I know this stuff.
