They're black on my '63 with red interior. I have no reason to believe they've been changed. I'm away from the car right now but I think the fresh air vent outlets in the kick panels are black, also. Wait a minute--I just cycled through a preview of my screen saver and there's a pic showing my fresh air vents. They are, indeed, black. Hope this helps. Bill Stanley
