<VV> Size of taking apart things

Chuck brings up a sore subject with me. A parts car is the best way to
'store' parts. It's whole, parts aren't tucked away in the bottom of boxes;
they're neatly stored right where General Motors put them. And you KNOW
where to get the part you need.

However there are the nasties at the zoning office that cite you for running
a junk yard. Neighbors who find your lovely parts stash as an EYESORE, and
turn you in. Countless parts cars have been hastily dismembered to comply
with this chicanery. HURUMPH!!!
