Well, I hate to be contrary (yeah, right), but I disagree.  Keeping your 
Parts attached to a parts car just hastens their degradation, as they are 
usually exposed to the weather.  Often, by the time you need the part from 
your parts car, it is no longer usable.  Anyway, the parts would take up 
less space if they were removed, cleaned, and carefully stored in boxes, 
etc.

I do agree that they are easier to find on the parts car, but then you have 
to go to the hassle of removing them, whereas it is usually easier to just 
dismantle the whole car at one time than to try to get just that one part 
out.

Just my experience.
