As long as they are soft and supple, there should be no problem. I 
installed just such NOS weatherstrips on my '69 Corsa when I did the 
resto 10 years ago. The weatherstrips were from the '60's.

The flat spotted tires will either work themselves out in the first few 
miles, or it's permanent. At least that's my experience.

If you can pick up a rear end in Muncie, Indiana, then my buddy Mike 
McKeel probably has one for you.
