Donald,

I get these all the time as well as under the name of PayPal and any number 
of banks.  Giving them what they ask for will allow them to do several things.  
First, they will drain any account that you give them info on.  Second, they 
will change your password and email address "of record" on eBay so that you no 
longer have access and will start buying stuff and listing stuff under your 
name.  With your (presumably) good feedback rating, buyers will bid for, win 
and pay for stuff.  If they have your PayPal info, eBay sellers will also sell 
stuff to the perpetrators and ship it to them thinking that they are dealing 
with you.  Forward the email to spoof@ebay.com or spoof@(fill in the blank).com.

Be careful out there.
