Meant to say - it also helps it you put some kind of spacers in between the 
cover and the car, but it still tends to sag in a lot of places.

I think a lot of the reason our experiences on this are different is because 
I live in the dampest part of the dampest place on earth!

Finally, I haven't solved the moisture rising from a concrete floor problem 
either (guess what my garage floor is made of). Plastic is supposed to help, 
but I am not convinced, and anyway, it tends to tear when you drive on it!
