<VV> EM Taillight-Dashlight Problem

Hi,

We are having a problem with our '63 convertible.  When we lift the turn
signal lever in either direction, the lights for both the left & right
signals flashes.  We tried to ground it at the socket, but it still does not
work.

Could this be a steering column switch or steering switch problem?
