<VV> Starter Prob

Had somewhat similar symptoms on my Rampside just last week.  Turned out to 
be a broken brush holder.  Fortunately, I had a "parts" starter available 
and fixed it by robbing from that one.  Take a look at the brushes.

Attachments are scanned with anti-virus software.
