Did anyone see the article in the wall street journal this week.  It listed the 65 coupe as a good investment vehicle in the Dow Jones Investment - Car Index.  

It listed the coupe as a buy between $4,757-5,225.  It states the vehicles price over the last 10 years has increased 100 fold and over the last five years 43%.

There were three categories, Rating Buy, Rating Hold, Rating Sell, the Corvair made the rating buy category.

The comment section attributes the popularity to Nadar and his book, It also states that these values are the same values as when the vehicle could be purchased brand new off the showroom.

I think they gave way to much credit to nader and his friends. Heck, you guys drive the little dreams daily and taking them to non gm shows really spikes the interest.
