Hi!

I have a 66 140/PG with AC. The car also has a spin on oil filter
adaptor on it which I bought from Clark's 7 or 8 years ago. I have an
oil pressure guage on my car. Originally I had the sender mounted in
a hole tapped into the stock oil filter mount where the oil filter
would bolt to if I did not have AC. Well, the other night I was
replacing the stock type oil pressure switch in the car and I must
have over tightened the new once because I cracked teh casting it
screwed into. I got a new casting to install and drilled and taped it
for the oil pressure sender. I then realized that the angle at which
I drilled and tapped the hole was not correct and that the sender
would not fit. I now got another casting and was wondering if there
is a better location to mount the oil pressure sender? On some peice
which is easier to remove from the engine like the 90 degree adaptor?
Is there some sort of replacement bolt for the spin on adaptor
similar to an AdaptABolt? Any help would be appreciated it. Thank you!
