Did you ever notice that rotaries ALL have odd #s of cylinders except for a
couple in a French Museum...

I just realized that both the julian and Adams-Farwell cars used
horizontally oriented rotary engines. I've never seen a Julian, but for
years, there was a green Adams-Farwell in the Reno car museum.  BTW, the
Ruxton was a very expensive 1920s era FWD. 
   Hmm, would it be hard to design a watercooled rotary engine? Just
imangine the spinning water jackets!
