<VV> fan belt trouble

Is the harmonic balancer about to fall apart?  One of the other pulleys out 
of alignment.  If everything is OK on alignment, you are not adjusting belt 
correctly OR have the wrong belt.  Personally, I prefer the top cog belts - 
others will (surely) disagree on that.

Attachments are scanned with anti-virus software.
