Back in the day (about 20 years ago), I knew almost nothing about working on cars and had to change the PG on our 66 4 door.  I did it with ignorance, the shop manual checked out from the library, jackstands and a borrowed floor jack.  I eyeballed the CG of the engine/transaxle and lowered it down from the raised up on jackstands body.  Easy as pie.  I seem to recall it went back in pretty easy too.  And I did it all by myself!  What a guy.  If I could do it then (ignant as I was), it can't be too hard.
