Good morning group,
Here is a little trick that I learned in another life about runs.  While 
wet, take a strip of 2" masking tape and make a loop that will just fit 
over your fingers.  Roll from the bottom of the run upwards.  This will 
take out the run before you apply the next coat.  The set time between 
coats will allow the paint to flatten out and be smooth for the next 
coat.  Have a great day!
