Take a look in the trunk again. There's a green and black wire going down
through the trunk floor near the driver's front corner. One horn is right
under there, the other is on the other side of the car. Also in the trunk,
on the driver's inner fender is the horn relay, where the green and black
wire originates. Try honking the horn and listen for the relay clicking. If
it clicks, go look at the horn connections. If it doesn't click, check the
connections to the relay and back along the way towards the horn button.
