Well, the small Renault models are not exactly targeted as status
symbol for car nuts or the racer community, instead for young people
who look for cheap but somewhat fancy looking transportation ...

Don't forget, words and pronounciation can have a quite different
ring overseas e.g. most of my US guests get the fits seeing the signs
on the Autobahn: Ausfahrt ... (exit) :-)
