Hi,
Check out the POR-15 (Paint over Rust) web site at www.por-15.com. They
are really good products. Look for the complete floor pan and trunk floor
kit. It costs $120, but a WHOLE lot less than welding in floor pans. They
used to have an article on the process that was in a classic car magazine
and it was pretty impressive. The stuff works amazingly well. You can use
the mesh to fill in the holes and strengthen the floor without removing or
cutting any metal. You just strengthen and rust protect it forever. Call
them and ask for a free catalog and the article about redoing the floor
pan. This is the easiest and fastest way to fix your car's floor pan rust
problems.
