Hi Joe--

Why every issue except yours? Because what Joe Potts and Jim Burkhard were
talking about are Tech Articles and what you wanted to write about was your
forum. I have included your offer and my reply below.

I know this is a topic of interest to you, but one of the criteria we use
is if we think the topic will be of interest to our members. Personally, I
think the vast majority of our members don't know about the 'virtual'
community including VV and your site. So, I think the whole topic of what
is online is important to expand that virtual Corvair community.

Do we have to limit ourselves to only the search capacities of only your
online presence? If we have to limit ourselves to search capabilities, can
someone write a 'how-to' to search VV's archives using a search tool?

We have somewhere around 900 people registered to VV; I estimate about half
that number are CORSA members. That leaves 4600 or so CORSA members who
might know nothing about your site or even VV. These sites are resources
for CORSA members and the Corvair community. So, don't you think it is
important to publicize these sites in the Communique?

We've done special issues in the past. There is a host of stuff available
online. How 'bout putting together an special issue on the resources
available online? You or someone else could be the 'Online' special
interest editor.
