<VV> RE: VV Dry valve spring and rocker?

Need some quick help here. i have and engine with a dry valve(as in not 
oiling) spring and rocker on #5. I have never seen this before on an engine. 
Any suggestions on what may cause this situation or what to look for?

Oh yeah....it was....strange it would just show up now it was last apart by the PO.....I have run it 3000 miles since then.
