Terry, I don't have a picture of how they go on, but maybe this picture is
helpful.  It shows the impression left behind when I took the clips OFF.

Another important thing to note is that there was a fabric cover for the
exposed metal edge of the panels which was pretty much dust by the time I
got to it.  My body guy says that book binding tape works well for this.
