 I have the opposite problem... I have a 70's JCW VW head temp gauge and 4 sensors, but the gauge is busted. No maker name on anything. When I pull this 
to put in my new CHT gauge, I'll experiment more with the sensors. 

John apparently bought the sensors for it from "Fuzzbusters" in  Tonawanda, N. Y?
