Fuel pressure *shouldn't* affect the mixture.  The mixture is a  function of 
jet size and float level.  Having said that, there's a  caveat: if your float 
valve is leaking or can't hold back against the  fuel pressure for some 
reason, those pressure-related defects will cause the  float level to rise and 
enrichen the mixture.  Are you using some kind of  modified fuel pump?
