I'd like to see the whole thing compiled into one searchable PDF file. Read 
at your leisure and print the pages you need.

That is the best idea I have seen yet on this subject. I find having the
Corvair Basics Manual as a PDF file very handy. I read the hardcopy of the
book, and I use the PDF file for quick searches and print pages for repairs
in the garage that I can get greasy and throw away.

The current two-volume, sometimes redundant nature of the Corsa Tech Manual
has kept me from purchasing it. I have Bob Helt's The Classic Corvair, the
Shop Manual, Corvair Basics, the latest AC book, and How to Keep Your
Corvair Alive. 

If the Corsa Tech Manual were updated into one nice volume, I would buy it
without hesitation.
