Mixture control solenoids went away almost 20 years ago!  You don't  have to 
reprogram anything.  The system goes into closed-loop at 145  degrees.  
Anything above that and the system self-tunes.  The only  thing you have to play 
with is the fan control 'cause the ECM doesn't turn most  of them on until the 
engine temp reaches 230 or so. There are aftermarket  components available for 
that.

So tell me, How did you re-program the mixture  control solenoid, and the
Idle speed control sensor to change idle speed and  fuel/air mixtures to 
respond at a temperature lower than the 192 that is  programmed into the prom 
and the engine control computer by the  factory??
