<VV> windows anti-virus? NO VAIR

I seem to recall several of you mentioning a free virus scan/removal that
will clean out windows virii.  Well, I ignored it because I use a mac, but
my wife now has a windows machine and its infected with something.

Would those in the know please drop a note my way so I can clean it up?
