<VV> Smoking Engine

It happens every time and parked mostly on a level surface.

Noisy lifter is all the time.  It used to be only when first started
but is all the time now.

No idea about the condition of the valve stem seals and guides
although the engine was overhauled about 4 years ago which
equates to about 6 thousand miles ago.
