I don't see a B/LG wire anywhere in the 1965 fuse block wiring diagram, but  
as I've found during my "studies" of what's in the book versus what's on the  
car, that doesn't mean anything.
 
It could be the connector for the reverse switch. Isn't there a switch on  
the PG gear selector for reverse lights?
