If you don't care about looking stock, Jeff Brekke makes an excellent mount 
that has replaceable bushings. The total cost in 2003 for mine was $136.80. 
The address I have is brek86 at cs.com . He lives in Lakeland FL, or at least 
he was in '03, so maybe you could drive over and save on shipping.
