<VV> Sgl vs. Dual Exhaust

What is the impact on performance of going from stock single exhaust to some 
alternative exhaust system on a freshly rebuilt 64 110hp coupled to a PG?  
Wondering whether to use, for example, Clarks stock dual exhaust setup since 
the current (Stock single) exhaust system is not worth reusing anyway.  Need 
to keep it "neighbor friendly" too.
