It's just an ordinary electric retrofit unit....should have arrows on the 
plastic to move to "rich /lean".......otherwise just loosen the screws...rotate  
oneway 1/8"...then drive it for a couple of days.....if it'sworse.....REVERSE 
the adjustment........

NOTE:  electric units should "open up"  with the ignition turned 
on........whether the engine is running or not!

Check to make sure you're getting 13-14 vdc   at the housing terminals...with 
engine running
