My wife was an educator for 32 years. Her favorite sign that was always
prominently displayed on her desk proclaimed the following:

"Lack of Planning on Your Part, does NOT constitute an Emergeny for me"

It seems that way too many list members of Virtual Vairs are always seeking
instant gratification from the knowledgeable list members. Many times common
decency does not follow from the "taker" and no follow up posts or a public
"Thank You" are given.

Conversely, Public condemnation is prevalent and shamefully often accepted as
absolute truth by too many list members. This reflection of our overall 
societal ways
is sad to see on this list. Don't be afraid to post your positive comments 
to the list
