<VV> Paint from plastic?

I've done well using AutoSol metal polish with this situation. The sooner
the better (the paint's getting harder).

Hello all, my not so great body shop oversprayed on the clear plastic
of the speedometer as well as on the heater vent control and shifter
knob. Any tips on how to remove the paint from this clear plastic and
other surfaces are appreciated. -- IV
