Elbow grease and car wax would probably be your best shot on the plastic
parts.  A toothbrush might be useful on the heater knobs.

Hello all, my not so great body shop oversprayed on the clear plastic 
of the speedometer as well as on the heater vent control and shifter 
knob. Any tips on how to remove the paint from this clear plastic and 
other surfaces are appreciated. -- IV
