<VV> wiper lubrication.

heres my question. any one know what to do/how to lubricate the hub  which 
the wiper arm attaches to  in its sleeve (or can it be dismantled in any way and 
if so how) My wipers run rather slowly (in my opinion) and i believe this is 
due to the drying out of the original lubrication in that sleeve 
PS yes i have removed the linkages and find  it to have drag/friction.
