<VV> Marine Lower Unit Gear Lube

Wal-Mart is closing out their supply of Pennzoil Marine Synthetic 75W-90 Lower Unit Gear Lube.  Its specs include API and GL-5.

Only thing I notice missing that's usually specified for Corvair differentials is "hypoid."

Would this stuff be a good or bad choice for a '63 4-spd. without Positrac?
