Every volunteer board has an element of these problems.  Surprisingly, the
things you complain of are present in most business and governmental
organizations as well.  That's why we call it "human nature." 

Thanks to those imperfect human beings who volunteer their time on our
behalf.  All of CORSA owes a debt to those who volunteer to serve, even when
we don't agree with them.
