Well,  It will not be Factory Stock - so could be Street Stock.  The line I 
think you need to read is where it says "Stock type color and trim 
combinations required".  What it does NOT say is important.  It does not say 
"Stock type paint".

I've never participated in Concours, so maybe my opinion does not count.  On 
the other hand, I DO know how to read a rule book.  So, in my not at all 
humble opinion, if the color matches you'll be JF.

And, Wade, good fortune to you in your first attempt.  You have way more 
patience than I.
