As has already been suggested, contact California Corvairs (www.californiacorvairs.com).  For currently available whitewall tires (you'll have to check into the ww width):  Yokohama Aegis LS4, Firestone FR380, Mohawk/Arizonian (tires.com or Discount Tire), Futura (Pep Boys), and ElDorado (www.eldoradotire.com for several choices).  I'm assuming that you are looking for radials, as well as 185/80x13 size.  Otherwise, Coker or one of the other bias ply or belted tire manufacturers would have what you are looking for - at a premium price.
