<VV> Interior vinyl paint

Go over with lacquer thinner JUST before applying the "paint" "dye?".  Apply 
fresh color while vinyl is still a bit tacky.

This is the advise I was given (and followed) by a friend who owns an 
upholstery shop.

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
