<VV> Turbo housing clamp & heat shield

My turbo has had the clamp rotated back so the bolt clears the rear heat 
shield mounting tab since it was new.  No problem whatsoever in loosing the 
bolt enough to move the clamp so the bolt will clear.  Just back it off a 
bit until you can slide the clamp backwards and then retighten it.  I 
believe the shop manual gives a torque for tightening the clamping bolt -- 
it's not all that tight.
